How to Use NXT 1 Email Campaign: A Step-by-Step Guide
Ready to get started? Here’s a step-by-step guide to launching your NXT 1 Email Campaign:
Step 1: Login and Edit Templates
Log In: Access your NXT 1 account.
Create Your Email Templates: Next, customize your email templates to reflect your personality and highlight your strengths as an athlete. Personalization is key to making a lasting impression, so take the time to craft messages that resonate with college coaches.
Step 2: Access Email Campaign
Navigate:Â Access Email Campaign directly from the home screen.
Step 3: Choose Colleges and Coaches
Search:Â Use the search bar to find specific colleges by name quickly and easily.
Filter:Â Apply filters to refine your search results. Options include conference, division, state, & tagged colleges.
Tap to add:Â Choose the colleges you would like to add to your campign. All the coaches emails for each college that are listed in the college library will automatically be included.
Unlock Access:Â Apply a college credit for unlocked colleges. (Platinum plan members enjoy automatic access to all colleges.)
Step 4: Create Email
Create Email:Â After selecting the colleges/coaches, tap the "Create Email" button.
Recipients: Coaches’ emails will auto-fill in the "To" field.
Compose Your Message: Write a personalized email or use a template. The correct coach's name and profile details (GPA, position, class) will be automatically included with template for each email.
Add Template:Â Tap the "+" button at the top of the email to add a personalized template.
Profile Link:Â Automatically added if using a template; can be toggled on or off with the link button.
Add Attachments: Click the paperclip icon to include any relevant documents or links.
Step 4: Finalize and Send
Preview & Edit:Â Tap on each coach's email to see & edit the personalized message.
Remove Recipients:Â Press the "X" on the coaches email to remove any coach from the email list.
Finish:Â Press the finish button at the top right to move to send option.
Send it Out: Press the send arrow to dispatch your emails. Emails will be automatically seperated & sent individually to each coach.
Step 5: Track & Follow up
Monitor Your Campaign: Use the built-in activity dashboard to track open rates and link clicks
Follow Up: Don't forget to follow up with coaches. Use the automated follow-up sequences in activity. Select the coaches name in activity and a follow up email will apear and then just follow the create email process to reach out & keep the conversation going.
Step 5: Save or Delete Campign
Save Campaign Click "X" and select "Yes" to save your campaign for future use.
Delete Campaign: Click "X" and select "No" to delete the campaign.
