Log In: Start by logging into your NXT 1 account.
Navigate: Access the College Library directly from the home screen.
The NXT 1 College Library boasts a database of over 85,000 coaches from every Division I to JUCO college across the nation, covering all men's & women's recruitable sports. Elevate your recruiting game by tapping into this vast resource!
Step 2: Search & Filter Colleges
Unlock the full potential of the NXT 1 College Library by mastering the search & filter features.
Search: Use the search bar to find specific colleges by name quickly and easily.
Filter: Apply filters to refine your search results. Options include conference, division, state, & tagged colleges.
Tag & Favorite: Click the star icon to tag or favorite a college, making it easy to access these selections later in the College Library.

Step 3: View College
Explore detailed information about your chosen colleges with ease.
Select a College: Click on a college from your search results to view its detailed page.
Unlock Access: Apply a college credit to unlock the full details. (Platinum plan members enjoy automatic access to all colleges.)

Step 4: Contact Coaches
Connecting with college coaches through NXT 1 is fast & simple. Here’s how to make the most of this feature.
Coach Contact information
Access Details: Each college tab includes contact information for their coaching staff.
Find Contacts: Click on "Contacts" to access phone numbers & emails for head coaches, assistant coaches, recruiting assistants, & other staff members.
Reaching out to college coaches directly is a proven way to boost your exposure & get on their recruiting radar. NXT 1 makes it easy!
Email Tools
Send Personalized Emails: Use your email provider to send emails directly from the NXT 1 platform.
Select Contacts: Click on an email or tap the "Add to Email" button to select recipients.
Group Emails: Users with Google or Microsoft accounts can send group emails by connecting their providers in settings. Select up to six emails from multiple colleges.
Create Email
Create Email: After selecting the coaches, tap the "Create Email" button.
Recipients: The chosen coaches' emails will appear in the "To" field.
Subject Line: Automatically loaded from your profile.
Compose: Write a personal email or use a template.
Use Templates:
Add Template: Tap the "+" button at the top of the email to add a personalized template.
Customize: Templates can be tailored for individual coaches or group emails, automatically inserting names & profile details (GPA, position, class, etc.).
Edit Templates: Templates can be modified on the home screen of the NXT 1 app.
Add Profile Link & Attachments:
Profile Link: Automatically added if using a template; can be toggled on or off with the link button.
Attachments: Tap the paperclip icon to add attachments.
Finalize & Send Emails
Preview & Edit: Tap on each coach's email to see & edit the personalized message.
Remove Recipients: Press the "X" on the coaches email to remove any coach from the email list.
Save Drafts: Save your email as a draft by pressing the "X" in the top-left corner then selecting "Save Drafts." Drafts appear under the mail icon in the College Library.
Delete Drafts: Press the "X" then select "Delete" to remove a draft.
Send Emails: Press the send arrow at the top to dispatch your emails. Group emails will be automatically seperated & sent individually to each coach.
Keep App Open: Ensure the app remains open while emails are being sent. You'll receive a notification once emails are sent.
Coaches will respond to your personal email address.
Social Media
Access Socials: Click on "Socials" to view the social media pages for the college sports & coaching staff.
Follow & DM: Follow your chosen coaches & send them direct messages with your recruiting information to increase your exposure.
Open DMs: Ensure your DMs are open so coaches can contact you back.
Step 5: Activity Tracking
NXT 1 offers a comprehensive suite of free activity tracking features, empowering you to monitor your interactions with colleges & navigate your recruiting journey effectively—all within the app
Accessing Activity Tracking
Location: The Activity section is accessible via the bottom navigation bar on the home screen.
Settings: Activity tracking can be toggled on or off in the settings menu.
Email Activity & Tracking
Track Email Engagement: Athletes can see if a college coach has opened their email or clicked the link to their profile. This feature helps athletes gauge the coach's interest.
Camps Tracking
Sign Up & Track: Athletes can register for college sports camps directly in the NXT 1 app and track the camps they've attended or plan to attend.
Questionnaires Completed
Monitor Progress: Keep track of completed college sports questionnaires for easy reference in the Activity section.

Instant Access: Click on the college logo to access its sports landing page. Stay updated with the latest news & events.
Questionnaires
Express Your Interest: Find & fill out college sports recruiting questionnaires directly through the app.
Camps
Sign Up with Ease: Register for college sports camps using the provided links, making it easy to participate in key recruiting events.
Comprehensive College Information
Explore Thoroughly: Dive into college landing pages to gather detailed information about each institution, helping you make informed decisions. Learn about majors offered, enrollment sizes, student body demographics, admissions processes, costs, and more.
